BROKIE COMMAND CENTER

Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026

Overview

Brokie Command Center is a locally operated desktop application used to prepare and publish approved Team Brokie video content. This policy explains what information the application handles and why.

Information the application handles

  • Video files, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and scheduling choices selected by the user.
  • OAuth authorization tokens supplied by Google and TikTok after the user grants permission.
  • Local publishing history used to prevent accidental duplicate uploads.
  • Basic connected-channel information, such as an account display name or channel identifier.

How information is used

Information is used only to prepare content, connect authorized accounts, upload user-selected media, apply publishing settings, and show the status of those actions. The application does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Where information is stored

Application files, credentials, OAuth tokens, and publishing history are stored locally on the user’s Windows computer. Media and metadata are sent to YouTube or TikTok only when the user starts an approved publishing action.

Third-party services

YouTube and TikTok process information according to their own privacy policies and platform terms. The application uses their official authorization and content-posting interfaces.

User controls and deletion

Users may disconnect either platform from Brokie Command Center, revoke access through the platform’s account settings, and remove locally stored application data from their computer. Disconnecting does not automatically delete videos previously published to a platform.

Policy updates and contact

Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Questions can be directed to Team Brokie through its official social channel contact options.
