BROKIE COMMAND CENTER
Terms of Service
Effective July 23, 2026
Acceptance
By using Brokie Command Center, the user agrees to these terms and to the applicable terms and policies of every connected platform.
Purpose of the application
The application organizes media, creates content variants and metadata, and sends user-approved uploads to supported platforms. It does not guarantee publication, reach, revenue, or platform approval.
User authorization
The user must connect only accounts they are authorized to control. The user remains responsible for reviewing the selected video, caption, visibility, playlist, and schedule before publishing.
Content rights and conduct
The user must own the content or have permission to publish it, including music, appearances, trademarks, and recorded community interactions. The application may not be used to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or platform-prohibited material.
Platform limitations
YouTube and TikTok may review, restrict, delay, reject, remove, or otherwise act on uploaded content. TikTok draft delivery can require a final confirmation in the TikTok application.
Availability and responsibility
The application is provided as available. Platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, network failures, and local computer problems may interrupt service. Users should retain backups of original media and verify every completed upload.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the application or platform rules change. Questions can be directed to Team Brokie through its official social channel contact options.
